How did we get into the septic industry?
It all started back in 1961 when William R. Grant saw a need for septic services and wanted to help the local community.
1st Generation
William grew the septic company with his son Daniel Grant until 1982 when William R. Grant passed away due to cancer. At that time, Daniel received the responsibility of daily field operations while William’s wife, Elaine King took on the office responsibility.

2nd Generation
Daniel Grant soon worked his way to owning the septic business and changed the name officially to Grant’s Septic Kleen. Daniel became one of the first Licensed Title 5 Inspectors in Massachusetts. Daniel has seen every septic situation there is over 40+ years of experience and believes in a no compromise service, meaning treating our customers fairly and with the utmost respect.

3rd Generation
Daniel learned from William and now Daniel has a team, Kim (wife), Derek (Eldest Son) and Brandon (Youngest Son) to run the business. We are one of the only family owned local septic companies. We are proud to say Grant’s Septic Techs has 58 years of experience serving local communities.
