I called Derek on a Monday when I noticed that water was backing up above my tank when I showered or ran my washing machine. He got back to me the same day and scheduled to clean the filter and inspect the system Wednesday that week. He was able to get here a day earlier (because of weather) and promptly got the issue resolved. I got hung up at work and couldn’t get the area of the lawn prepped for him in time and he did it for me and was very pleasant about the entire thing. In this day and age where it is so hard to find quality people who perform quality work, Derek is definitely an exception to that rule. There aren't enough words! Grant came out in an emergency and made us feel completely at ease taking the time to explain things to us. We felt a sense of honesty when speaking to them unlike how we felt when speaking and dealing with other companies that previously came out and quoted us for work that would have been completely unnecessary especially right before Christmas. The relief we felt was immense. The cherry on top was that it didn't even look like they were out to our home when they left!
